Overview

Every High Space Man product is made-to-order. When you place an order, your item is printed and assembled specifically for you by our fulfillment partner before being shipped. This page covers everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, returns, and replacements.

Shipping

Production Time

Because every item is made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Embroidered items, all-over-print apparel, and shoes typically take longer than standard tees. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the fulfillment center.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States with free standard shipping on all orders, and to most international destinations.

Free U.S. shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

After production is complete (2–5 business days), expect the following delivery windows:

  • United States: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS standard ground
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 7–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier. Actual delivery times can vary based on customs processing, weather, holidays, and carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link from the carrier. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email us at support@highspaceman.com.

International Orders

International customers should be aware:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are charged by the destination country, not by High Space Man
  • We cannot mark international packages as "gifts" or undervalue contents to reduce customs fees
  • Shipping addresses must include any apartment numbers, postal codes, and country codes correctly to avoid customs delays
  • If a package is rejected or unclaimed at customs and returned to us, please see the Shipping to Wrong Address section below

Shipping to Wrong Address

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address provided at checkout, we will reach out to you. You may choose:

  • Reship to the correct address — you cover the additional shipping cost
  • Cancel the order for a refund — we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost

We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout to avoid this.

Returns & Replacements

What Qualifies for a Return or Replacement

We accept returns and offer replacements for the following:

  • Defective or misprinted items — printing errors, color issues, fabric defects, or other manufacturing problems
  • Damaged items — items that arrive damaged due to shipping
  • Wrong items received — if you receive a product different from what you ordered
  • Items lost in transit — packages that are confirmed lost by the shipping carrier

In these cases, we will replace the item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to the original payment method — your choice.

What Does Not Qualify for a Return

Because all items are made-to-order and printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Wrong size ordered — please consult our Size Guide before purchasing. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at support@highspaceman.com before ordering and we'll help.
  • Change of mind — buyer's remorse on a custom-printed item we cannot resell to anyone else
  • Items damaged after delivery — wear, washing damage, or accidental damage after the package arrives
  • Items shipped to an incorrect address you provided — please double-check your shipping address at checkout

These restrictions are standard for print-on-demand businesses and reflect that each product is custom-made for your specific order.

Metal Prints — Additional Considerations

Metal prints (ChromaLuxe aluminum panels) are produced by our fine-art lab partner specifically for each order, on a premium substrate that cannot be restocked or resold. Because of their cost and custom-made nature, additional terms apply:

  • All metal print sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or wrong item received
  • No size exchanges — please review dimensions carefully before ordering. A 24×36 metal print is roughly two feet by three feet; we recommend tape-measuring the wall space you plan to hang it on
  • Orientation varies by design — the Horse Head Nebula is sold in portrait orientation, the Spaghetti Nebula is square, and the California Nebula is panoramic. All other designs are landscape. Product images on each listing reflect the actual orientation
  • Color appearance — ChromaLuxe metal has a luminous, lit-from-within quality that varies under different lighting conditions. Color rendering will differ slightly from screen previews; this is normal and not grounds for return
  • Damage claims must include clear photos of the entire panel and the specific damage, submitted within 7 days of delivery. Metal prints are heavily packaged but transit damage occasionally occurs; we work directly with our lab to replace any panel that arrives compromised

How to Request a Return or Replacement

All return and replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at support@highspaceman.com with the following:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) affected
    • The reason for the return or replacement
    • Clear photos of the issue (especially important for defective, damaged, or wrong-item claims)
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
  3. For defective, damaged, or wrong items: we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. You typically do not need to return the original item.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you never received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) to file a delivery investigation
  3. Email us at support@highspaceman.com with your order number and the carrier's response

If the carrier confirms the package as lost or undeliverable, we will reship the order at no cost to you. Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier are technically the carrier's responsibility, but we will work with you to find a solution.

International Returns

International customers are subject to the same return policy. Please note:

  • Customs duties and import taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable
  • For defective, damaged, or wrong-item claims, clear photos of the issue are required since international return shipping is rarely cost-effective
